Quality control
During technological processing of the chaga mushroom and obtaining a thick concentrate based on the chaga mushroom, constant end-to-end control over the processing parameters is carried out. Continuous monitoring of the temperature and time of the process stages, external processing conditions, technological and quality indicators of semi-finished products is carried out. At key stages of processing (control of raw materials, obtaining an extract, vacuum concentration), samples of raw materials and semi-finished products are taken, which are tested for the content of biologically active substances.
The finished chaga extract is transferred to accredited certified Analytical Testing Centers for analyzes:
Item | Tested parameter |
|---|---|
Physico-chemical | Appearance Color Taste Smell Moisture content, % Mineral impurities Impurities Water-insoluble substances content, % Metal impurities content, % Chromogenic complex content, % Beta-glucanase assay (beta-glucan), % |
Toxic substances | Plumbum Arsenic Cadmium Mercury |
Pesticides | HCCH (α, β, γ - isomers) |
Microbial attributes | Total viable content, CFU/cm3 |
Radionuclides | Cesium-137, Bq/kg |
Once the results of analyzes on compliance with TR CU 021/2011 "On food safety" have been received, the batch of chaga extract is transferred to the finished product warehouse.
The wholesale buyer is issued a certified Quality Passport for a batch of products, in Russian for Russia, and in English for export deliveries.
